Terry Riley lives (and works) in london uk. He makes clay pendants ocarinas mainly but he also makes a zelda(ish) replica. Also he made a copy of the 'tairona bird' which is a very old indian ocarina. here is a link to his website http://www.terryrileyvesselflutes.com/Cat/catalogue.htmI think his ocarinas are EPIC and i plan to get one soon Does anyone else have any experience of/with his ocarinas? EDIT I received my tairona bird pendant oc in the last week and i LOVE IT It feels great in your hands, looks great and sounds even better! I would definatly recommend it

The Tairona Bird is great, it looks good, feels good, and has a unique sound. It's definitely worth its price. It has six holes, but there's a slight difference between English makers (Langley, Riley) and Asian and American makers (Focalink, Songbird, TNG). The hole for the left thumb doesn't extend the range from D to E, but instead it raises the low C and D to C# and D#. That makes the English pendants fully chromatic. On an Asian or American pendant, it is very hard to play these notes.
