There aren't too many people that have this model. From what I can hear, it has decent tone, but you can never be completely sure until you have played an ocarina yourself. I'm still mulling over whether or not I should buy this one, but I must say that it looks comfortable to play.

Here are a couple of videos that Ocarinadiva made a long while back with the Spearhead. She goes by the name Cris Gale here on this forum.

Here's one that's a bit more recent.

Wow! That first sound sample is horrible!! Smiley  I think that was right after I got the ocarina and I didn't have as good of a recording setup.

Anyway, Bateleur is right, the Spearhead is very comfortable though if you're more familiar with the regular shaped ocarinas, the angled mouthpiece does take some getting used to when playing the highest notes .  It boils down to finding the best balance point for an ocarina which takes a little experimentation.  Submarine shaped ocarinas, like the Enigma, in my opinion are easier to balance, but at the cost of wrist ergonomics.

The only other caveat is that the subholes are on a curved surface and may take a little getting used to.  Other than the two nitpicky points above, it is a great, comfortable, resonant ocarina.

I have this one

and the look of it reminds me of fallen snow.
